Those with version 8.6 (or later) need not to download this patch. This fix is only required for versions 8.0, 8.5 or 8.51 of Terrain Navigator. (This issue was not present in the Windows Vista 64-bit edition which was the current Microsoft Operating System at the time of their development.) This download corrects this change within the installation of Terrain Navigator, making it possible to complete the configuration process for new states.
